How do I book?
Reserve online, or message us on WhatsApp at +256 732 240 221. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free.
When are you open?
Every day, 11am to 7pm. Earlier appointments are available on request.
Where are you?
Centenary Park, Yusuf Lule Road, Kampala, next to the Café Javas parking. We have our own private parking lot.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken in the studio, by cash, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card. There is no deposit and nothing to pay online.
What if I need to change my booking?
Your hour is held just for you. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment by messaging us on WhatsApp.
What if I am running late?
We hold your hour for 15 minutes. After that, we will do what fits in the time left or move you to the next free slot; the full price of the booked service applies. If you are on your way, message us and we will always try to make it work.
What if you are running late?
Your hour starts when you sit down. It is never cut short on our side.
How do you keep things clean?
Metal instruments are sterilised in an autoclave between every guest. The Essential pedicure uses a disposable kit, The Refresh and The Restore use sterilised instruments, and The Signature uses disposable sanders with sterilised instruments. Hygiene is the standard we built the studio around.
Can I add nail art?
Yes. Choose a Design Bar tier when you book so we set aside the right amount of time.
Can I have a drink during my appointment?
Yes. Cocktails, mocktails, wine and coffee are ordered in the studio and added to your bill.
Is The Gel Bar only for women?
No. The Gel Bar is for everyone.
